350-050 Exam Description
The written exam is a two-hour, multiple choice test with 100 questions that will validate that professionals have the expertise to plan, design, implement, operate and troubleshoot Enterprise WLAN networks. The 350-050 exam is closed book and no outside reference materials are allowed.

CCIE Written Exams Changes:
Effective February 17th, 2009, candidates will see two changes to the CCIE written exams. These changes will standardize the structure of all Cisco certification written exams, as the Associate Professional and Specialist exams are all formatted in this way.
 
Candidates will be required to answer each question before moving on to the next question. In other words, candidates will no longer be allowed to skip a question and come back to it at a later time.

There will be an update to the overall score report. The overall 350-050 exam score and the exam passing score will now be reported on a scale from 300-1000.

The comprehensive CCIE Wireless written exam (350-050) has 100 multiple-choice questions and is two hours in duration. The topic areas listed are general guidelines for the type of content that is likely to appear on the exam. Please note, however, that other relevant or related topic areas may also appear.

Retaking Exams
Candidates may only take a beta exam once.
Candidates who fail an exam must wait a period of five (5) calendar days, beginning the day after the failed attempt, before they may retest for the same exam. Once passed, a candidate must wait a minimum of 180 days before taking the same Cisco 350-050 Written Exam with an identical exam number.
Candidates who violate these policies are violating the agreement. Such conduct is strictly prohibited as described in the Cisco Candidate Conduct Policy.
